Don’t miss the up-coming GUARDIANS OF HEALTH EVENT Saturday September 17th 10:00 am to 3:00 pm This event will help…
We wanted our patients to know that we are staying open with our regular business hours. (Some people have asked)
Keeping you healthy is our utmost priority and we will remain available to assist you in optimizing your health. We have always believed in proactive health care and this will not change. When your body is healthy it can fight off many ailments including viral infections.
We encourage phone office visits when you are due for a follow-up appointment when a phone appointment is appropriate for your needs. By utilizing phone visits we can continue to ensure that your treatment program is optimized and that your body is functioning optimally.
We advise that patients who come into the office for bio-identical hormone pellets keep on their pellet schedule in order to keep their health optimized. Staying on track with your treatment program will keep your body’s hormones in balance. This is helpful for your immune system, as well as your overall health and well-being.
Hormones greatly affect your emotional state and imbalanced hormones can contribute to feeling stressed, depressed and anxious. Feeling stressed, depressed, and/or anxious will suppress your immune system. Staying hormonally balanced is more critical than ever at this time. We are committed to working around any scheduling or financial issues you may have.
We will also continue to offer wellness IV’s (Ozone, Myer’s, Glutathione) in the office. These IV’s can help optimize your immune system. These IV’s are not just for illness, they are wonderful treatments to help your body function at its highest level.
It is always time to take care of our bodies. This is not the time to back away from that. This is the time to keep doing what keeps you healthy, and to self reflect to see what more you can do to enhance your health. We are here to assist you if you have questions.
Point to ponder:
Fear can suppress our immune system, among other things. There is an undisputed connection between our mind and body. It is important to keep a calm mind to have a healthy body. This is more important now than ever. Stay calm while doing what you need to do during this pandemic to stay safe and healthy.
We advise everyone to avoid watching news and to get facts from the CDC or other reputable source. (No one ever feels good after watching news. You can get information without watching news) Get outside daily, it is great to get fresh air! Take time to meditate, read a great book, start a fun project you have been wanting to do, write down daily what you are grateful for, unplug from the phone and computer regularly etc.. think of things you can do daily to calm your mind. Focus on being at peace and feeling healthy. This will assist your body’s immune defenses.
