It is necessary to shop the local farmer markets, discover what is in season during each month, and expand your options on what new changes you can make this summer. If there is not a consistent level of changes being offered, then our body and mind can begin to rest in a less than optimum state and not be prepared for the next season to complete an annual cycle of health.
