As we begin our descent upon the holiday seasons, we also begin our “Roulette Emotional Memories Wheel”, which is when the memories of those that have passed over with their journey to Heaven. With many living with this situation, I ask that you use this time to reflect on the happy memories that you shared together with one another. Though the holidays can be difficult as we miss their presence, keep in mind that they are always with you. Another very valuable thing to remember when it came to the way you interacted in one another’s life and lets remember their life by placing an extra plate on the table for them when sitting down for a meal and lastly you should pay attention to the signs that may be left that would let you know that they are with you.
