This 1.5 hour guided meditation workshop will allow participants to have an experience in which they can access past life info. Our past life situations often give us insight into karmic issues and relationships that are present in our life today. We approach this workshop intending to heal and release the karmic cords of the past through bringing the emotion of the issue into a conscious understanding.
Feel free to bring a mat, pillow, blanket (whatever is needed to be comfortable). Chairs and mats are available at the event. It is recommended to bring a journal or notebook.
