DESCRIPTION:Showing you how to achieve the joy of health: the secret to lasting vitality and weight loss All providers from Optimal Wellness Network will be present and will speak for a few minutes each. \nThis will be followed by a question and answer session and the ability to talk to the practitioners one on one. Show up at 5 pm to mingle with the Optimal Wellness Network group before the talk starts. \nTalks:\nThe Optimal You Wellness Partners along with Dr. Laurie Blanscet & Sharon Ackerman will speak on how to achieve the joy of health at our January Healthy Happy Hour. \nEach month there is a different topic on the second Wednesday of the month at 4 pm to 6 pm on the conference room at suite 203.
