By balancing your hormones with bioidentical hormones, eliminating toxins, eating plenty of organic fruits and vegetables, exercising regularly, decreasing stress, getting adequate sleep, and maintaining proper nutrient levels; you can take charge of your health and decrease your risk of developing cancer.

If you do get cancer then the better nourished that you are, the more hormonally balanced you are, and the less stressed that you are will help you to fight the cancer and live well long term.

Why wait to have a diagnosis?? Start today by changing to organic fruits and vegetables, and committing to eating 5-9 servings per day. Also, make a commitment to exercise on a regular basis. You can also start incorporating deep breathing every day: this is where you breath slowly in and out (count to 5-7 as you breathe in and as you breathe out) for a full minute and do this several times throughout the day. Each week make yourself a goal to do one more thing towards your health. It all starts with baby steps. Getting bio-identical hormones is one piece of the puzzle.
