Constipation

“Death starts in the gut” said Plato. He is right! Your gut (intestinal tract) is where your body absorbs all of the nutrition for your entire body. This is the fuel for your body and all of its cells)

If your bowels (intestines) do not function right then you can end up bloated and tired, and it can even potentially lead to chronic diseases. You should have a normal (soft, formed) stool two to three times a day. If you do not, then you need to fix the issue.

Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day for proper hydration. Ensure that you get lots of vegetables and other high fiber healthy food. Work with your doctor to get off any constipating medication. Get regular exercise.

You should highly consider a colon hydrotherapy session to treat constipation, as well as for preventive colon health. (I highly advise Alive and Well Colon Care located at suite 202, 29995 Technology drive, Murrieta).

Please keep your gut working so that your entire body can function better.
